Here we utilise progressive overload, which in simple terms just means that you will find yourself progressing in the gym each week! Even if you don’t wanna be as strong as Colossus, Ash will customise each training program to suit your goals, needs, and your training ability.

The SFXN approach to training is much like a video game. Ash will walk you through the tutorial and give you the tools you will need on your voyage. Over the course of your fitness journey, Ash will push you to take on harder quests and get you to the end game content (where the fun really starts!).
Fitness is not a linear path, it forks and splinters constantly and not everyone starts at the same point. Ash trains everyone from absolute n00bs to veterans of the gym and she approaches each person's training program knowing that everyone is unique. Her personalised approach to your training program will guarantee you will see results as opposed to the ‘one size fits all’ plans offered by semi-famous influencers.
